Premium Support

Together with our customers, we develop customized service and maintenance strategies for automation, MES and IT/OT systems in the Premium Support division. With a reliable service team, which is set up individually and depending on the service level, we support our customers with a wide range of services – from preventive maintenance to on-call services, with round-the-clock availability via our own hotline and short response times if required. We support you during productive operation or already during the introduction of new systems, system conversions or commissioning with hypercare support.

Through our employees, we provide a link between your production, the specialist departments or other Managed Services Providers (MSP) responsible for you and other suppliers.

Premium Support gives you direct contact with a team of IT specialists and MES consultants. Our specially trained employees receive introductions to the respective projects and are supported by a helpdesk system. Your messages are received by telephone, e-mail or web client and processed with the shortest possible response times.

We have extensive experience in supporting various PAS-X MES from Körber for customers in the pharmaceutical industry. Professional processing of service requests within agreed response times is our top priority. We also help you to adapt your solution to new requirements.
