The Italian subsidiary of SpiraTec, Industrial Solutions & Services S.r.L will become SpiraTec Italia S.r.L. as of the next quarter. The team of 11 employees at the headquarters in Genoa and at the operational office in Scorzé will thus operate under a new logo.
The company has now been part of the SpiraTec Group since April 2022, and the change of name is a further sign of the close cooperation and togetherness. After extensive preparations, the contracts were signed in Naples in September by Andreas Schadt and Dr. Roberto Molinari.
Within the SpiraTec Group, the Italian subsidiary will remain an independent company. Dr. Roberto Molinari will remain in the position of Managing Director, so that customers will continue to have the same contact persons. The focus on consulting, hardware and software engineering, as well as commissioning and service for industry plants could be further strengthened by increasing the team from 6 to 11 employees.
