Engineering/State Certified Technicians (f/m/d)
On the pulse of automation. This is what you will experience when you join the Industrial Automation Solutions Division.
SpiraTec provides a complete range of automation services for the construction and/or conversion of production plants and facilities. SpiraTec creates modular concepts for all planning stages for process automation (PCS) and the field level in this case. One creates detailed software specifications and hardware specifications. SpiraTec also takes care of the entire qualification procedure for the process control technology in the regulated industry (biopharma/pharmaceutical).
In principle, the range of entry-level opportunities is very diverse and therefore depends on your interests.

Process engineering assumes a key position. We are active in all areas of process engineering planning for our customers in the fields of (organic)pharmaceuticals including ultra-pure media supply, (fine)chemicals, food as well as oil and gas.
Our members of staff are trained in a structured manner, thereby utilizing the most modern special software, for the process engineering dimensioning of plants, systems and facilities. Layout planning and 3D planning are always executed in 3 dimensions and across all trades; the most modern approaches, such as e.g. integrating robotics, are already taken into account during implementation.
The focus here is placed on Industrial Engineering & Design as an entry option.
Our core competencies in construction and structural engineering are in the areas of steel and solid structures, special steel structures, WHG structures, building in existing structures and modular construction.
We can provide engineering services from all areas of technical building equipment and supply technology in the field of HVAC engineering. Our services extend throughout the entire life cycle of building services and supply engineering systems.
Our core competencies lie in the planning of plants, systems and facilities for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries with their high requirements in terms of media and product quality, emission protection and high supply security.

The route to the autonomous plant – Industrial Robotic Services (IRS). A sector with start-up mentality, but in grown structures. Actively shape a new business sector in a highly innovative business field and become a pioneering leader for new approaches in smart manufacturing in the process industry. Combine the subject areas for Process Design, System Integration, Orchestration and Realization in a completely new environment and context in the robotics field and thereby actively assist with developing the future of modular production plants, systems and facilities, not only methodically but also technically. The division provides the complete range of services, starting from system-independent consulting (evaluation & design), through to implementation (integration, orchestration and realization) and up to, and including, customer support (training, support & further development) with a focus on the chemical and (organic)pharmaceutical sector beyond the project.

We consider ourselves to be a solution provider for smart technologies in the industrial IT environment. We can advise about and optimize production-related processes and document the execution in electronic form. We support procedural processes within production with AR and AI. Furthermore, we can support, care for and maintain customer systems and solutions also on cloud-based environments with our Technical Service Desk (TSD).
In the Industrial IT Solutions Division, SpiraTec relies on extensive experience which ranges from data management, system integration, MES (Manufacturing Execution Management), hardware and IT security up to new technologies which will additionally develop our portfolio and are forward-looking. Examples for this include IOT platforms, edge technology, cloud-based solutions and microservices. Implementing individual customer requirements, taking into account forward-looking technologies, is what drives us forwards in this business field.

Our internal commercial areas cover Administration, Accounting & Controlling, HR and International Business Administration and Marketing. In each of our internal departments, experts in their specialist field work constantly in order to ensure that SpiraTec can optimally satisfy the challenges of the future, and therefore that our processes continue to develop in line with our growth. This work is supplemented by trainees, as well as career starters, who would like to build up their experience in practice and who thereby optimally enrich our teams with dynamism and new approaches.
