SpiraTec Italia S.r.l. was founded in 2022 on the solid foundation of 20 years of experience in the field of industrial automation of the company Industrial Solutions S.r.l.
The collaboration between the company and the German SpiraTec Group led to the acquisition of Industrial Solutions S.r.l. in 2022. The employees remained with the company, guaranteeing customers the expertise acquired over the years in various industries. Since the merger, the number of employees at the Italian sites has more than tripled. In addition to the core competencies of inspection, machine vision and image processing, the pharmaceutical industry and customers from the mechanical engineering sector as well as automation and software development for the process engineering industry have been increasingly expanded since 2021.
As a subsidiary of the German SpiraTec AG, SpiraTec Italia S.r.l. has a large network and thus also enables the development of large projects using the know-how of over 650 experts from various fields such as digitization, automation technology, robotics, digital twin, industrial IT and engineering.
