In line with the concept of being an international partner for our customers as a global player, SpiraTec AG decided to establish a subsidiary in the USA.

After an extensive analysis and planning phase, SpiraTec Solutions Inc. was founded on December 5, 2012 with its current headquarters in Vacaville, California / USA. From this and other locations in Arizona, Ohio and North Carolina, customers throughout the USA are served, thus also achieving local proximity to branches of European companies on site.

Under the motto “Automation and IT solutions for manufacturing excellence”, the SpiraTec Solutions team offers a wide range of automation and IT services for national and international projects.

Through innovative services in the field of process and manufacturing automation, SpiraTec Solutions develops comprehensive process control solutions for renowned and globally active customers from industries such as (bio)pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and petrochemicals.

In Industrial IT Solutions, SpiraTec draws on its extensive experience in system integration and production-related IT solutions, particularly in the area of manufacturing operations. The implementation of individual and forward-looking technologies, especially in the context of Industry 4.0, determines the development of this business area.
