Nevertheless, we still leave nothing to chance here. We provide a structured framework for career opportunities – our Career Development Map:
Do you consider yourself as an expert who can interact with customers at a high technical level, or are you more the (project) manager type who likes to take on responsibility for projects and colleagues and profitably place new subjects or topics with customers? Or are you maybe both? If so, then you are on the right “career path” at SpiraTec.
In your role as a career starter, who has successfully completed their technical studies or technical school, you can start your career path at SpiraTec as a Consultant or Engineer.
When you feel at home in IT, then you will start with us as a Consultant in the Line of Business Industrial IT Solutions or in the Line of Business Industrial Robotics Solutions. Alternatively, you can start your career off as an Engineer in the Line of Business Industrial Automation Solutions or Industrial Engineering & Design when you consider yourself, for example, to be familiar with electrical engineering or engineering. During the scope of your career at SpiraTec, you will be able to acquire experience competence, method competence, social competence, technical competence and quality competence. Depending on the maturity displayed by these competencies, you will subsequently reach your next career steps as a Professional Consultant/Engineer or Senior Professional Consultant Engineer (f/m/d).

SpiraTec can offer you two different career paths – the expert career and the management career.
When you really enjoy developing innovative technical solutions, then you can take on the role of a “Solutions Architect” with our company. A Solutions Architect (f/m/d) advises the customer in projects on complex business and technical topics and is considered an expert in his or her field.
Entry into the management career is offered for everyone who can aspire to a management career, in this case in the role of Project Manager as well as Senior Project Manager (f/m/d). You will already be leading several members of staff professionally in this role.
A career in operational management commences in the role of Team & Account Manager (TAM) (f/m/d). The name of the role, as well as the abbreviated form, is created from the combination of disciplinary responsibility for a “Team” and customer responsibility as “Account”.
As a “TAM“, you will therefore represent the interface between the customer and SpiraTec. Within the framework of this role, you will be responsible for keeping your team busy with customer projects from a business perspective and, at best, expanding these projects. As the size of your team increases, also possibly across several locations, then your career path at SpiraTec will lead to Middle Management with a designation as “Head of” or Top Management as “Regional Manager“.

Every member of staff has the opportunity to apply for our Talent Program@SpiraTec. The program has a duration of three years. During this time, our participants are respectively supported by a mentor (from another specialist area) as an additional coach. Each program participant should already possess the required basic skills so that the special methods for know-how and company-specific know-how can be built up in the programs through training courses and workshops, such as the PME Camp or Executive Management training courses. This will be combined with practical applications in day-to-day business and/or project-related business.
The objective of the Talent Program@SpiraTec is to indicate the career prospects for talented staff and thereby develop them more quickly into a management role.
