SpiraTec Oberhausen

In spring 2022, SpiraTec AG acquired Industrial Solutions M&B GmbH, which is based in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The company was incorporated into the SpiraTec Group as an independent subsidiary.

In the areas of automation technology and IT, SpiraTec is expanding new branches in the steel and paper industries thanks to the merger.
