Once again this year, we were delighted to welcome numerous students to our Wunstorf location for Future Day. Through a varied program, we were able to offer participants practical insights into our work environment and various career fields.
Diverse Stations and Perspectives
After a brief company presentation, the students gained their first impressions of our company and the various work areas during a tour of the main building.
Following this, the participants split into two groups to take part in different program activities:
- In the workshop, they were able to get hands-on and gain practical experience—a highlight for many.
- During the presentation on the Digital Twin, the students gained exciting insights into modern technologies and digital processes.
- An engineering presentation vividly illustrated everyday work life and potential career paths.
- In interviews with colleagues, the participants were able to ask questions directly and gain personal insights into various fields of work.
The subsequent joint presentation of the interview results provided an opportunity for discussion and in-depth questions.
Community and Interaction
During a shared lunch with sandwiches and a group photo, the focus was on interaction. Afterward, things took a playful turn: through office bingo and various puzzles, the students were able to put their newly acquired knowledge to the test.
Another program item was dedicated to the role of office management, including exciting insights into organization, challenges, and remote work structures.
A Successful Conclusion
The event concluded with a feedback session where participants could share their impressions. Certificates and small gifts were then presented.
Future Day 2026 was once again a resounding success. The positive feedback shows that we were able to not only impart knowledge to the students but also spark enthusiasm for technical and commercial careers.
