At the end of February, the ISPE CaSA Annual Tech Show of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) took place for the 31st time at the Raleigh Convention Center in the US state of North Carolina. A team from our Industrial IT Solutions division led by Rainer Spies, Vice President of SpiraTec Solutions Inc. was on site.
With over 4000 registered attendees and 400 companies either exhibiting or attending, this year’s Tech Show was the largest ever held at the Raleigh Convention Center.
The team was able to listen to company presentations and key note speakers who spoke on exciting topics such as “Culture of Communication: From Shop Floor to Senior Leadership” and “The Elements of Scale: Building the Industrial Base for Human Cell, Tissue, and Organ Manufacturing”. In addition, the ISPE introduced new educational presentations and continues to promote the “Women in Pharma (WIP) Social” event with forward-looking content.
The team took the opportunity to talk to existing customers and potential new customers and, at the same time, visited local partner companies to discuss joint strategic and local activities.
In addition to visiting and participating in the ISPE CaSA Annual Tech Show, the team took the opportunity to discuss intercontinental cooperation and exciting joint projects with colleagues who had traveled from Germany.
