Scorzè, July, 16 2025 – Digital transformation is advancing in Italy. The internationally operating SpiraTec AG, headquartered in Germany, has recognized the potential of the Italian market and is reporting increased revenue through its subsidiary SpiraTec Italia S.r.l. As a strong partner offering interdisciplinary services in the field of Industrial Engineering & Solutions, the SpiraTec Group continues its growth trajectory in Italy. In 2025, SpiraTec Italia’s service portfolio will be gradually expanded.
Since the acquisition of Industrial Solutions & Services S.r.l. and its integration as SpiraTec Italia into the SpiraTec Group in 2022, the company has experienced impressive growth in Italy. This is reflected in the revenue figures, which have tripled over the last three years to approximately €2.6 million. During the same period, the number of employees at the three Italian locations increased from 8 to 30. Accordingly, the company structure has been adapted to the new conditions and new organizational roles have been created. Since the beginning of 2025, an additional business unit focused on Industrial IT is being developed and integrated in close collaboration with the parent company.
Further Expansion
The foundation has been laid for the implementation of additional expansion plans: In addition to core competencies in inspection, machine vision, and image processing for the steel industry, the company has increasingly focused since 2021 on the pharmaceutical industry as well as customers in mechanical engineering, automation, and software development for the process industry.
