Implementing MOM / MES
Manufacturing Operations Management Implementation
Manufacturing Execution System Implementation
MOM / MES Implementation IEC 62264 – Our Mission
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) act as a link between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Process Control Systems (PCS) and make a significant contribution to increasing the productivity of modern production processes, with a reasonable return on investment. Flexible, scalable and dynamic systems are particularly in demand in medium-sized companies. We support our customers in the use of modern MES, adapt them optimally to individual requirements and offer 24/7 on-call service to ensure the availability of systems and production processes.
We contribute the necessary know-how to both the planning and implementation of projects in this area:
- Support with supplier and system selection
- Implementation of connections for selected systems, see Partnerships.
- Control of production processes using configurable standard modules such as OEE, KPI, EnMS, Track&Trace or QM/QA
- Project support, go-live support through to 24/7 on-call service with short response times
- Direct processing of faults, communication with all parties involved and escalation to system suppliers
- Complete and timely documentation of product manufacture in compliance with the authorities
Vertical system integration
Consulting and implementation for vertical system integration from ERP to MES
Horizontal system integration
Consulting and implementation for horizontal system integration of MES to other L3 systems like Data Historian and LIMS.
We develop with standard organizations and our partners for MES on industrial standards and subsequently implement them in our projects.
System integration from MES to ShopFloor
Consulting and implementation for system integration from MES to ShopFloor.
We develop with standard organizations and our partners for MES on industrial standards and subsequently implement them in our projects.
Design and implementation of MES recipes MBR (Master Batch Records)
We utilize the experience which we have gained in recipe design for industrial batch systems in cross-system design for MBR (Master Batch Record) creation for MES recipes. Interaction and exchange between both systems of batch and MES, in terms of interface and recipe design with the transfer points is a decisive success factor, has a significant influence on the timely and efficient completion of the overall automation project.
