Our colleague Júlia told us what she likes most about her work at SpiraTec Group.

A family atmosphere, varied tasks and the opportunity to develop beyond one’s own area of expertise – these are just three of the points that our colleague Júlia lists when we ask her what she particularly appreciates about working at SpiraTec.
As a Professional Consultant in our line of business Industrial IT Solutions at our branch in Schwarzheide, Júlia advises customers on topics related to IT solutions. While the focus at the beginning of the year was still on support topics and alarm management, Júlia’s activities now focus on project management. Together with a colleague, she is currently supervising a project for the modernisation of a process control system at a large chemical company and is learning the project management toolbox along the way.
“Project management is a lot of fun and presents me with new challenges every day. I find it exciting to look at the whole thing from an economic and organisational point of view as well. I would like to develop further in this area so that I can also be employed in this function in the future,” says the native Hungarian about her activities.
With “her brothers”, as Júlia affectionately calls her colleagues at the Schwarzheide site, there is strong team cohesion, which the team demonstrates in annual running challenges. “We try to motivate each other for the annual REWE Team Challenge in Dresden by discussing our training sessions with each other. Getting better together puts you in a better mood,” Júlia tells us in conversation.
“SpiraTec offers me exciting development prospects and I wish even more women would find their way to us. I have found that my skills ideally complement the otherwise all-male team in Schwarzheide,” our colleague tells us at the end of the interview.
