AndreasWhen I was offered the opportunity to build up a new location from scratch together with SpiraTec in 2014, there was enough excitement in the idea itself. 7 years down the road and the excitement levels still remain as high as ever, except that it now no longer arises solely from anticipation and the explorer spirit, rather now primarily from responsibility in quite a few directions, such as regarding the staff, customers, business etc. The field of activity covers all business areas and all corporate functions of SpiraTec. This also means that I’m in lively contact with lots of great SpiraTec people all over the country. But the most fun for me is the day-to-day collaboration and development with my own teams. -
BerndIf I view it from a personal aspect, then SpiraTec is characterized by the fact that very varied and innovative projects are worked on and successfully completed in young multicultural teams, across different trades for internationally active customers. Special emphasis is always placed on enabling young engineers to start their occupational careers, concentrating on integrating them quickly into established work processes and teams, also incorporating them into internal training programs. In my role as a Team Manager and Account Manager , I’m actively involved in shaping our working environment and project landscape. -
JensWhat I particularly like about the corporate culture at SpiraTec is that the focus is placed on solution-oriented work across all industries. I view my role as being part of a start-up and being able to actively build up the new “Industrial Robotics Services” business unit, which is therefore a great personal opportunity for me. SpiraTec provides me with the opportunity to work in an inspiring environment, in close proximity to science and research, combined with great creative freedom as well as creating new challenges every day.

JeyaWhat I find outstanding at SpiraTec is the team, the good etiquette and the open communication, which all combine to make it easier to work together and get along with each other. This makes it much more fun in the team and also for collaborating as team-overarching. The different project roles which I can play out internally and externally (with the customer) are extremely exciting. I can act as Project Manager or Level 3 Support depending on which customer is involved. I look after the team coordination internally. It definitely never gets boring. It’s always varied here and the tasks are also very diverse. -
JuliaWorking on developing your career and still being there for your family: how should that equation work out? A real challenge which concerns a lot of employees every day, and also me. SpiraTec is actively handling this issue: Mobile working or compensating with spare time are just a few examples of what we are trying to achieve for the work-life balance. The flexible structure for working hours is what helps me the most. The good working atmosphere and the varied, individual tasks are additional plus points which convinced me that SpiraTec was the right employer. -
KironAs a dual student of information technology at the DHBW Mannheim, I really like the alternation between the theory phase and practical phase, which thereby makes the study courses quite varied. The differences between teaching content and actual work in industry , which are integrated in the practical study blocks, are particularly exciting. This means that I can put what I’ve learned in theory into practice myself in a wide variety of tasks. My team mates therefore support me in all aspects, not only in the university phases but also in the office. -
LenaMy career at SpiraTec commenced in 2014 with my training course as an industrial clerk for office management, which I managed to complete with a distinction grade. The range of tasks was very varied at an early stage, whereby I gained interesting insights into the areas of HR, marketing, administration and accounting. The combination of the broad range of tasks and the family-like working atmosphere has made SpiraTec an attractive employer for me up to this day. This resulted in my decision to start ongoing training to become a “Bilanzbuchhalter” (Balance Sheet Accountant), as a supplement to my specialist areas of accounting and controlling. I am looking forward to the developments, challenges and collaboration in the team in the future. -
MartinaAs a career changer, I appreciate the collegial and cordial interaction within the company. Transferring knowledge and experience, open and constructive handling for mistakes and flat hierarchies are firmly anchored in the company culture. The work in the innovative projects is varied and always provides new challenges, it never gets boring here! I get the feeling that I can contribute my personal strengths to my daily work and the interaction with other colleagues is always very appreciated. Our recipe for success is having a good team in place and, here in Vienna, we are constantly working to additionally develop our location as well as ourselves in order to be able to face challenges with the required composure, flexibility and also humor. -
ReneWorking for SpiraTec has the big advantage of flexibility. Your work and tasks are flexible in the matter that you will learn different systems and execute different tasks and parts of the process in industrial automation. This is exiting to me because I always learn something new and see something different. No project is the same. You are also flexible in your location with all the offices SpiraTec has. I started out at the headquarter in Germany and am now in California. I like the weather and possibilities here. Last there is the flexibility of the work hours. All in all SpiraTec is a company where you experience a lot of different things and you have a say in what you want to do.

ThomasI can always contribute ideas and creative approaches to the project while working at SpiraTec. Every level at SpiraTec is open to constructive discussions. The working atmosphere between the colleagues within the company can be viewed as relaxed. One can contact the more experienced colleagues at any time in order to receive advice, irrespective of from which location worldwide. The tasks at SpiraTec are very varied, and one can learn something new in every project. There are many opportunities available to develop yourself further. One is provided with correspondingly increased responsibility and more important tasks, which one can constantly grow with.
